| About Students |
Undergraduate Miami Business School students work in small teams with faculty oversight and student coaches. Students apply human-centered design, UX/UI, business-model development, market analysis, customer research, and Figma prototyping to a real client challenge. Miami's HCD track typically uses teams of 4–6 students supported by coaches. Miami Digital-First Lab

| Format Title | Digital Product Innovation, Customer Experience Design & Prototyping | |
| Format Description | Partner with undergraduate Miami Business School students to turn a business idea, customer problem, or existing digital experience into a validated product concept and high-fidelity prototype. Teams combine human-centered design, market analysis, customer research, business strategy, and rapid prototyping to define user needs, clarify the value proposition, prioritize features, and design web and mobile experiences. Typical outputs include personas, journey maps, a Business Model Canvas, competitive analysis, and approximately 25 high-fidelity prototype screens. The Miami Digital-First Lab has completed 27 HCD & Product Design projects across financial services, healthcare, fintech, aerospace, education, consumer products, and other sectors.
